Returns & Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS

Most orders ship within one business day. Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipment, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. After receiving the order, you may initiate a return in accordance with our return policy below.

RETURNS

Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date you received your purchase.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. The applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Please allow up to 15 business days for us to process your return after the returned merchandise has been received.

REFUNDS

We will notify you by email once your returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees and non-refundable shipping and handling charges.

Please allow up to 15 business days for a processed refund to appear in the account used for the original purchase. Actual posting times may vary depending on your financial institution.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping and handling charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning merchandise. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
