Description
Any weight ASW may be used as “EmergencyWrap” as they provide the same radiant heat shield properties. However, heavier weight ASW makes for a sturdier wrap providing higher tensile strength, more tear resistance, better resistance against wind, and higher heat conduction resistance. The heavy-weight ASW is also suitable for industrial applications as heat shield. Lighter weight ASW provides for easier transportation and handling during wrapping.
